BREAKING: Multiple Penguins to miss All-Star game

With the all star vote coming to an end, it's very much possible the Penguins will only have one player representing them at the NHL All-Star Game in Toronto. That player is 36 year old Sidney Crosby. The Penguins captain got last Thursday as the Penguins representative, as did the other 31 teams who have to have at least 1 player from each team going to Toronto.

Jake Guentzel snubbed from the All-Star Game?

Recent Polls came out early yesterday showing the likelihood of players getting voted into the All- Star Game. Not a single Penguin was in the top voting. It feels Jake Guentzel has been snubbed.

Should the All Star format change?

After many players who are having great seasons are not getting picked to go to The All-Star Game, many fans started to wonder if the NHL should scrap the idea of sending a player from each NHL team. We are seeing players like Boone Jenner, Nick Suzuki, Tom Wilson, who are having mediocre seasons go to Toronto, while guys like Jake Guentzel, JT Miller, Mikko Rantanen not going to the NHL All-Star Game.

More details to follow shortly.
