Crosby's All-Star Game Teammate Makes a Shocking Statement on His Athleticism
An Extremely Well Respected Player
This year, Sid took part in his 10th NHL All-Star game when he got the opportunity to play with one of his good friends Nathan Mckinnon. Although Team Mckinnon didn't end up winning, one of Crosby's teammates had some high praise for Sid the Kid. Vincent Trocheck of the New York Rangers said this. «If he wants to play until he's 50, I think he could. He does all the right things and he's the kind of guy that the way he plays, I think he could do it for as long as he wants. He's a complete player, 200-foot player, whatever you need him to do, he's going to do it.»
Sid's Continued Dominance
Even in his 19th NHL Season, Crosby is still considered by many of his peers to be one of the top players in the league. He's 36 currently and seems to show no signs of slowing down.
I hope Trocheck is right and Sid plays until he's 50. It's been an absolute blessing to watch him in Pittsburgh all these years.
