Another Milestone for Jake Guentzel

Amidst a season filled with trade rumours and a looming contract expiry, Jake Guentzel has played some of the best hockey in his entire career. The combination of him and Crosby has produced at an insane level and doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.


Last night during the 3-2 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights, Guentzel cemented himself among some Penguin greats when he scored his 20th goal of the season. In doing such, he has tied Evgeni Malkin for the 4th longest 20 goal season streak at 7 consecutive years.

Guentzel's Play this Season

This season Jake Guentzel has been one of the Penguins best players as he has posted 47 points through 43 games. The chemistry that him and Crosby share is undeniable and I hope that management can re-sign Jake and keep him a Penguin for a long time.
