History Made in Pittsburgh Tonight

When Lars Eller took the ice in tonight's game against Montreal, he cemented himself in the NHL History books. Eller, became the first player from Denmark to skate in 1000 NHL games.





Lars Eller's Impressive Career



Eller made his debut in 2009 and has played for the Penguins, Avalanche, Capitals, Canadians and Blues.


He won a Stanley Cup with the Capitals in 2017-18 and has been a welcome addition to the Penguins bottom 6 since joining Pittsburgh in the offseason this year.

He currently has 15 points through 45 games.
