Penguins-Jets Rematch Can Cause High Tensions Tonight

Prepare yourselves for a game full of emotion on Saturday Night as the Winnipeg Jets face off vs the Pittsburgh Penguins for the first time since the Brenden Dillon hit on Penguins forward Noel Acciari. Both won't be suiting up as Dillon is suspended and Acciari faced an injury on the hit, but no doubt tension will be risen tonight.

The Penguins are looking to bounce back after losing 3-2 last night vs the Minnesota Wild and Marc Andre Fleury's special night after being honoured with 1000 games played milestone. The Pens plan to snap the loss and win tonight to continue to push to their ultimate goal, the playoffs.

The Winnipeg Jets are currently on a 5 game losing streak and have scored just one goal in their last two games and are currently 0-2 with newly acquired Sean Monahan in their lineup. Expect a game full of intensity tonight.

It's clear no one forgot about the Dillon hit on Acciari, the question remains the following, will someone else answer a challenge for the hit on Dillon? Or will the Penguins keep their heads and play the game of hockey. Both teams have a lot at stake tonight as they both need the crucial two points so expect some intensity on both sides.

Tristan Jarry will get the nod in goal tonight in Winnipeg and Connor Hellebuyck will be on the other end for the Winnipeg Jets.
