The Pittsburgh Penguins have received an injury update regarding multiple forwards who have been missing as of late, in a recent article by Pro Hockey Rumours.

Two Pens forwards set to return to action tonight

According to the article, Noel Acciari and Drew O'Connor are expected to be availble in the Penguins game tonight versus the Seattle Kraken after being banged up in their 4-3 victory over the Vancouver Canucks.

Pittsburgh Penguins forwards Noel Acciari and Drew O'Connor are both expected to play on Thursday, after getting banged up in the team's Tuesday night win over Vancouver, per reporter Matt Vensel. Acciari injured his forearm while blocking a shot and O'Connor got hurt after taking a hit from Filip Hronek.

With a busy week ahead, the Penguins look to extend their winning streak and build from their courageous victory over the Vancouver Canucks as they try to get closer to the playoff position, in an already difficult situation. Along with their goal to win tonight, GM Kyle Dubas will be busy taking phone calls regarding some of his players, such as Jake Guentzel, pending UFA who currently sits number one on the NHL trade bait board.
