The Red Wings made history on Wednesday night by winning against the Pens

Wednesday night's game started off really good. After a period, the Pens were leading by four goals! It was about to be a fun game... while it lasted. They blew their 4-0 lead and lost 4-5 in overtime. Many fans blamed DeSmith, saying Jarry wouldn't have let a four goals lead go away like that. Even though he obviously didn't play the best hockey, he showed us he's capable of, the defensive unit let a total of 46 shots get to him. The offense just stopped playing after the first while the defense seemed asleep. Even captain Sidney Crosby had a terrible game, ending with a -3 differential.

As we say, one man's poison is another man's meat. The opposing team had a blast yesterday, and this four goals comeback is literally historical, as it has only happened 3 times before in the history of the Detroit Red Wings.

Let's hope the Pens can find a way to fix their mental. The players have all proved to be capable of impacting the game, so maybe the issue is something about attitude for now.
