Penguins prepare for another must win game against Detroit

With the Pittsburgh Penguins dancing on the edge of playoff hopes, you'd think Sidney Crosby would be glued to the league scoreboard, right? Well, not exactly.

In fact, when asked if binge-watching the standings like a Netflix series, Crosby's response was a firm No. And as his team gears up to take on the Detroit Red Wings, Crosby's got his focus right where it needs to be � on his team.

Sure, the playoff race is everywhere when he steps into the rink, but Crosby's not losing sleep over it. he says. And he's not wrong.

It's unclear when the Penguins' surge towards the postseason birthed. Maybe it was that overtime heartbreaker against the Colorado Avalanche, where they squandered a 4-0 lead, where goalie Alex Nedeljkovic kicked off his nine-game hot streak.
