BREAKING: Penguins Trade Defenseman to the Wild
In a quiet Thursday after noon, Minnesota wild reporter announced that the Penguins have traded defenseman Will Butcher to the Minnesota Wild. The return to Pittsburgh has been released
Butcher to Wild
The defenseman has yet to play with the Penguins but got 7 points in 14 games with their minor team, WBS. It is reported he will likely begin in Iowa but will eventually get some games with the big club in Minnesota. The defenseman has yet to solidify a spot as a full time NHLer but this can change with his new team who have been struggling with injuries.
