This has been a tough weekend for the Penguins. And now, they have additional injuries to deal with (Harkins concussion). Over the last 6 games they are 2-4-1 and fall behind the Devils and the Capitals in the standings.

The Penguins last back-to-back one goal games. And in the last one against the Jets, we saw them falling into that bad habit of not playing well in front of their netminder. It was a game that Jarry kept them in, once again.
Jarry Ranks Higher Than Expected in Stats This Year According to Monkeypuck.com
Looking at Tristan Jarry's gameplay this season, he is currently ranked higher than expected and ranks 8th in goals saved in the NHL. He has a 2.44 goals allowed average and .916 save percentage, placing him 3rd amongst goalies. Let's not forget his sixth shoutouts this year.
In his best season, 2021-22, the Penguins team play in front of him was much better. The Penguins ranked ninth in expected goals allowed and sixth in expected goals allowed per 60 minutes. This season, the Penguins rank 13th and 21st in those categories.
