Mike Sullivan Bluntly Addresses Media Regarding Penguins Recent Performance
Current State of Affairs in Pittsburgh
The Penguins season has been disappointing, plain and simple. The organization brought in some big acquisitions with plans of making another cup run and things haven't gone according to plan. At this point a playoff berth would make this season a roaring success, a far cry from the off-season intentions. After making some interesting lineup changes, Penguins Head Coach Mike Sullivan addressed the media regarding the moves and he didn't hold back.
"What we've had here for a while hasn't produced with any level of consistency, not nearly the consistency that's going to give us a chance to win consistently.
So, we're going to effect some change here, and see if we can put some combinations together that can help us get it."

Hopefully these changes can make a difference and the Penguins can put together a bit of a run, because if they are unable to string some wins together down the stretch, the season is over.
More to come.
