As the door seems to close on a second season in a row without playoff hockey in Pittsburgh, the Penguins are looking at what trading options they have.
Goaltenders Can Be a Hot Commodity for Playoff Teams, and the Penguins Have One to Spare
With the playoffs coming very soon, they know that a goaltender is always a hot commodity for contenders. Having a good tandem between the pipes can make a big difference.

Friedman believes that the one who the Penguins will move will be Nedeljkovic.
"I think there's some interest in Nedeljkovic, especially,» Friedman said. «I think it's less likely to be Jarry, but I've heard there's been some interest in Nedeljkovic. It would not surprise me at all if he was traded.»
Alex Nedeljkovic Has Shown Signs of His All-Rookie team Play and Even Contended for the Top Spot in Pittsburgh
Nedeljkovic has stepped up at times playing even better then Jarry has. In his 20 games this season, Ned is 9-5-4 with a .910 save percentage and 2.85 goals against average.
With no goalies moving as of yet before the deadline, this could be one of the first deals the Penguins make.
Nedeljkovic is the smarter move, with just a one-year deal with the Penguins. Jarry is in the first of his 5-year contract.
It seems almost certain that the Penguins will move a goalie, and Nedeljkovic looks to be the likely option.
